Okay in my long years of experience here is my take.Looks more like a CD deal here.The CD guy for some reasons he does not want it higher or yet.Two of the reasons I see.1)He either along with some other MMs shorting the crap out of it to make it colapse.2)He breaks the CD now at low prices as much as posible to get a lot more shares,low, and let it move up and sell them at higher prices.So we could see a fast upside out of no where.Imo.
