gtv, the cert requests won't be the end all IMO. It will make things difficult and might cause us to see some oddities (like the consistent non stop AH prints IMO) but there won't be enough doing it to make the real difference lowman talks about and is hoping to see. I just don't see the follow through necessary for this.

Ovidius mentioned in a previous post...
If Lowman really wants to make a difference, then do an accurate cert count and really see if there is a case for shares being sold that don't exist. Without that you just have a bunch of adults crying in their beer.

Ovidius has a decent amount. How many does he have in cert form? He has never himself actually mentioned getting his cert that I recall so I assume he hasn't gotten his either. See my point? (If you, Ovidius, have actually requested your certs then I apologize for using you as my example :) ) Even some of the larger share holders are probably not doing it. Some guys talking about it seem like they aren't doing it either... which is fine and that is their choice and I have no issues with those who don't want to get their certs. This would work if you have a few who hold all OR have many who believe. Problem is we are somewhere in between that which means we won't have enough to force anything but do have enough to cause some issues :) There is no harm in getting them and that is why I got some of my stock in cert form... can't hurt and I might make somebody who I would like to poke in the eye at times squirm a little. If the money I spent to get my certs does nothing because of lack of follow through then it at least provided me cheap entertainment. LOL!
