joenatural; There was one I almost forgot about, the Reg-Dex they just did back in May 2007, I heard that was for operating expense for the plastics, I don't know exactly how many shares it was for, but "Realest", (a shareholder here) ordered a copy of the filing and it appears to be for approx. $300K, and the CEO said the O/S is now approx. 150 Mil, my best guesstimate would put this private placement at around 30 Mil shares, not really a big deal in the light of this new financing deal.
