LOL....first of all the rate cut was a DISCOUNT rate cut..guess some do not know the difference.?.well anyhow...LOL

PRSU ....has not announced that they will acquire ...they just announced that they are planning (thinking about) ...talking about..LOL

one thing you can be sure of is that there is NO bank out there that would "debt finance" in the restaurant business...!!! so all this talk about not diluting, not using shares...
debt financing the "acquisitions" is B.S !
