IF the price is .02 when the RS comes..
then there will be 19,840,000 O/S (float) shares out there.
Then issue 6,200,000 shares to JB for the debt.
Then issue 1,530,256 shares to CB for salary and B. Arch loan.
Then issue 20,000,000 shares for $10,000,000 cash to work with.
The newly issued shares = 27,730,256 shares. Of course there would be half this number should the stock reach $.04 at R/S..
But as a .02 stock and with the new shares the O/S (outstanding) shares would be at 47,570,256 ...
Seems to me that the company could do well keeping the A/S under 100,000,000 ...
