Songbird. I remember at the Meeting Paul said that

TT had approached them on partnering up. Spooz did not chase TT.
And on the contrary, TT is so big that if they think your software infringes on theirs in the slightest way, they sick their lawyers on you and they win every time. But they did not even try in spooz's case and in fact came to Spooz to partner up so I would say a TT/Spooz partnership is very real.
