katrina, here are the answers to your 'SHORT' questions..


#1) RGNO got enough money to do all the drilling by themself..504 money that they raised a while ago would be put to good use..no need for further dilution..

#2) Questar is mainly interested in natural gas plays..the forced pooling lease is an oil wonderland..that explains why they didn't participate..GOOD FOR US!!

#3) It is great for RNGO because they can use their techiques and drill them at their pace without having to wait/rush for questar..

this is what Jerry & Greg wanted all along..
