Having an off shore bank concerns me. It could help the company move money around, but I have more concerns that it may not reach the stockholders. Don't know what "bank" means when they are not within the regulation of the Fed. Would like to see the rationale for buying this bank. Why not buy a local bank...because they are regulated.
