AT&T & T-Mobile are the only two major GSM providers in the US, in exception to Cellular One, which is a franchise for Mom's and Pop's.

AT&T approved the CT for their network. My understanding is the CT will be published on the business developer portion of their web site. I did not see anything in regards to AT&T allowing their own customers to purchase the CT of the AT&T web site.

Does any one have any other poof, stating that it will be sold under the business solutions portion of their web site?

Yeah, a loan could probably go through. Depends on the lender again.

P.S. Their is a differ. Between B2B sales web site & Business developers web site.
