I believe they recently bought a cement plant, as I recall.
I think the entire Komex contract is cement related.

Here is an article that I missed previously, as our neighbor and
producer of sand and gravel, I believe it is related as there
is some very good information within. Such as they sold out at
a 30% profit margin.
