Good post. There is a lot of "under the table" concerns in reference to the new posters on the PBLS board that appear to have an inside track to information about the company. I have seen that scenario over and over and the major problem with these "new members" is that it diverts the responsibility from the corporation to provide the facts to the shareholders. The posters represent the facts as reality and get those that "want" to believe to buy into what ever scenarios seem to logically to follow from insufficient information. Since we are minority shareholders anyway, the damage is to the members of our board who get sucked in and relative no impact on the company itself or nonihub shareholders that demand info from the company. If, as a board, the members maintain a united front to encourage the company to reveal key information rather than perpetuate unproveable "hype", we would make more progress and possibly reduce the probability of getting scammed. I know that the board doesn't like the idea of challenging management concerning their actions, but my understanding of the corporate structure, at least theoretically, is that we are the owners. Some redirection is necessary every once in awhile to keep the rabbit chasing to a minimum. Or put another way...the most significant thing pending is who is KOMEX. $6.6 bil contract and PBLS wants to hide who they are. If they weren't going to validate it, don't publish it. As shareholders we should be concentrating on the company. Not on whether the company is going to provide materials to Poland, Dubai and Outer Mongolia. We don't even know if there is a contract. Enough of this.
