I believe they are going for 40 year loans. Some of the loans they where selling would put people in the poor house as you see now. The brokers did not care cause they where getting their commissions and the loan cos. where getting theirs also. while screwing the public. Also I know appraisiers where inflating prices.causing a double wammy.
