Good Morning!

Being patient with ABVG.

Question is someone could help or lead me in the right direction to read and learn. In the last press release - CEO stated "to build a company which we can move to the OTCBB in early October". First of all that is only six weeks away. But my question is, other than financial statements, SEC work and all of the other accounting and legal department issues doesn't the company as a whole need to be viable with operations, substantial income statement (not necessarily profit)but good revenue operations...other assets and financing and wouldn't the company need some type of momentum to make that jump.

All my other pinks and not many I just took the small gains or losses and ran. So I never really witnessed a company going to the next level. I've been playing ABVG since May (no gain yet) but right from the beginning I felt this could be a breakout.
