In my book it has to be Cheveron. They know what lies below. There the only ones who could justify the expense, as they would announce what they truly found in OBO1 directly after to justify the cost. They seem to be the only major in the JDZ that weild enough influence on the SEC, DOJ (alfabet soup party) to push Offor the way they did.

Anywho, its my fav outcome. Wall st would stand behind anything they did and our sp would where it should be. Seems someone put the brakes on our run up yesterday. Oh well, I think by now we know what we hold.
