Thanks guys for posting. Don’t know which side of the fence I am on but, I sleep better at night with more information. Question Douglashwy, where did you find the statement “We have not as of the date of this filing entered into any other amendments or extensions of the Merger Agreement”. Trying to learn to gather info.
