If the previous BOD made multiple errors in judgement are they liable to shareholders, or do they simply walk away leaving this mess behind? There is considerable discussion of this topic on other boards such as the yahoo board. As such, I am wondering if they can be held reponsible for their actions?

On topic discussing the legal aspect of responsibity of the BOD of NEOM.
