ROTLMAO.. OK.. so help me understand this.. what did he sell to the unrelated third party? the shell game continues.. how on God's green earth could they purchase the company that they owed money too.. modify the agreement to be interest free.. and then sell that to an unrelated third party?? What did they sell?? what amount did they sell it for?? who holds the rights to the warrants?? sheesh.. these guys are good.. lol
