I wouldn't be so certain about a reverse split just yet. I feel that in order to uplist, a R/S might be on the agenda at that time. I think the company is telling the truth when they say they have no immediate plans for a reverse split. Lets examine a what if:

The company showed a profit of $250K and $111K after their one time Global gain. It doesn't seem to take much revenue to generate a lot of profit. If the China deal and other divisions that come online generates a paltry 4 million a year, (Which could be very low) and if their margins remain 80%, we are looking at 3.2 million profit. 3.2 million divided by 7,887,000,000 million shares outstanding (I think that's correct) gives us a profit of .00040573 per share. Take that times a 30 PE and that gives us a share price of .012. By far, that is not out of the question.

As of right now, not counting the one time gain from the Global sale, a PE of 20 would give us a share price of .00113248. How did I get that number you ask? Simple, PE's are figured on 4 quarters. If you take $111,649 times 4 quarters, you have a total profit of $446,596 from old revenue streams. This number does not include or figure in any future growth, so you know this number is very low. Now, divide $446,649 by the outstanding shares of 7,887,000,000 and that gives us a profit per share of .000056624. Now multiply that times a 20 PE and our share price should be .0011 for a 20 PE. The way I figure it, right now we have a 4 PE based on the next three quarters being identical to Tuesdays numbers. If any of you accountants see any mistakes in my numbers, please correct me.

So, bottom line is this. We are so grossly undervalued, there is just no possible way we can stay at these prices for very long, IMO.
