NEW YORK, Jun 22, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GreenShift Corporation (GSHF) chairman and chief executive officer, Kevin Kreisler, issued the following letter to GreenShift's shareholders today:

We have accomplished much since GreenShift initiated operations in April 2005, and we are proud and excited by the progress we have made in our various operations. But we have a number of significant issues that we face today that are in need of correction. Chief among these issues is that of share value. We believe that the current share price of each of our companies does not accurately reflect the value of what we have built.
