Its a classic pump and dump movement. BUT I doubt this is the case here since the price is too low to be bothered playing such a game. I suspect it was just a few investors who thought the news and CC were uplifting and they believed there was some potential here. Now reality has settled in again with the annoucement of the coming dillution, so down she goes. Again, not a pump and dump action, anyone trying that with this would have started with something fresh more recently.
