A private placement of $5 million?.........what do you think this means?

Anything sold to include stocks means that somewhere down the road retailers will pay for that private placement by way of putting money into this company..........a prior $8.3 million of funds were also mentioned.........was this given to them by way of Federal grants?.........or did retailers pay for that as well?

A University mentioned in these post can do the same research for $400k a year and this companies competetion that will be coming to the market will be able to do this cheaper and with more advanced technology be able to monitor the bridges daily. Most of our bridges or many of them need to be replaced and no amount of looking for cracks will rememdy this problem. I think we all know where most of our Federal dollars have been spent. The money spent there could have replaced most if not all of our bridges.......1/2 a trillion dollars later.
