The market cap for AUMN can't be 55 million unless they have 55 million shares outstanding. I think it is more like the 800k - 1 mil. Also they have 68 mining claims. I think that where the shares price is and if the O/S is at 500k, then they are in a good spot to do a 504 and get it over with fairly quickly.

I still think a PR stating the terms of the acquisition of AUMN are and what it means for us.
