Actually I am a realist who has followed the antics of GBMR for many years. It's a simple matter of mathematics that Global Matrechs is nothing more than a penny stock scam. It is a poorly managed company that is totally reliant upon toxic financing for it's operations.

While Nucon may be in a position to purchase approximately $3,000,000 worth of Nucap annually, that will not be sufficient to cover operating costs and accumulated debt of GBMR.

Therefore, GBMR will continue to issue all of it's remaining shares, at which point the financiers will be forced to move the Nucap and Hnipu licenses to another shell.

God willing, the SEC will just put an end to gbmr and force it into bankruptcy.

If NNRF continues to have a need for nucap it will be readily available from EUOT with no disruption in delivery.
