Not sure why the pps is this low directly on the heels of R&R's action at around $.70. They didn't come in to lose money or their reputation by peddling this to others only to have it not create profitable short-term trades, and I can't imagine they'd be patient enough to sit through downturns/reverse splits/further dilution when there's so much money to be made elsewhere.

Might they have expected that it was going hit $.55 with further dilution or reverse news prior to popping on good news in the fall?

That better be what this is. Something other than that is too ugly to consider.
