GM board. Everyone make it back for roll call? lol.

Since DD has been pretty well defined here and for the sake of a topic to discuss and out of plain curiosity, I have a couple of simple questions :

1) Has anyone here experienced a "quiet period" under the same circumstances as this one and what was the outcome?

2) Can anyone give the board a valid reason to not buy Spooz shares at this time?
