Yes, extel posted a link to TradeKeeper, I downloaded it, and though I haven't gone over the Schedule D it generated in minute detail, it appears to do what it is supposed to do (notes wash sales, correctly deals with short sales), and you can download the input data directly from IB.

I don't have the link, but you can search it, or ask extel. Good luck.
