The way the PR was worded, it would seem it could be either. However his credential's appear to be stellar.

I've looked at the financials via PinkSheets and it appears that there is revenue, however; on point I'm not exactly clear on is; franchise offices or corporate stores.(?)

What (which) is the desire of the company structure?

ALSO - Being a holding company; how does that exactly play out?
