Pro-Gas is going to be sold off, if it hasn't already been done behind the scenes.
We are not in the business of oil exploration, we provide drilling services for those who are. We can currently drill around 5-6 wells (this takes from 7-41 days per well) and supposedly have orders in for $5.5M of additional equipment that should double our capacity.
PS... You posted about some of the issues/tasks involved in becoming SEC compliant. The post I'm replying to provides the answer to the question "Why do it"? Also, as you noted, the process takes time, thus it needs to be started asap.... or should I say, "Re-started" ;)
