OT - Technical Question for Technical Nerds (that would be guys like you gnulnx) ;)

The little bar thingy at the top of my internet window thingy keeps "rolling up" and disappearing until I move my pointer thingy back up to the top of the page. I'm using Internet Explorer. It's really annoying. Can I lock it in place some how?
