Along the thoughts that anything is possible, but given we have much to be concerned with, I would like to put forth this (my preferred) view of a positive slant.

I think it is a pretty safe bet that we all agree that Nicosan is a real product with real benefits. We all probably agree that we now have a very capable and competent team of Directors, both in the US and in Nigeria. Most of us believe also that buildings are being built, product is being produced and sold and that some form of 'rescue' of the Company is in progress. Furthermore, all of us agree there is a ton of 'good news' that could be PR'd. And yet - silence. For one or more reasons. With significant developments pending, the company does not have to file or release news if it might jeopardize sensitive negotiations - at least that is my understanding of the rules.

This being the case at least wrt PR's, I would wager that there is good news to be had, either the IPO, or what would seem to me also possible, considering the total silence, a buyout or partnership of some form.

IF there is indeed Good Stuff happening behind the scene, the eventual filing of the 10Q, should it come to pass, could be followed up by the company with a series of PR's, each with a significant news item at a rate of say three per month for the next three months. Heaven knows we have at least 10 newsworthy items that could be brought to the public forefront. With these two teams of BODs, the capacity to create and execute such a series of promotional events are well within their abilities IF THEY WISH TO DO SO. We will know soon enough I think IF the controlling interests of Xgem really wish to see the company and pps reach reasonalble valuation. IF they do, we will see the pps at 20x today's level by Christmas 2007.

If they do not intend to push the pps and marketcap of Xechem, we unfortunatley will need to wait, but most sadly, it means many, many suffereres will also be waiting. I ask you, is that likely to happen?
