CFC might end up merging with some one else, but they will survive IMO. Unless of course they are cooking the books like Enron was.

It's funny that people think that buying big board stocks are "safer." Any and every BOD can and will lie, cheat and steal if it equates to a higher pps in the short-term. The pennies just can't hide behind their brand like the big boys do.
