- Maybe you can make sense of this email I received from Alan. It was his response when I asked him why the share structure hadn't changed after he told me millions of shares were cancelled last month:

"It did change several times between when shares structures were announced. Each month we were able to cancel tons. if the cancelation would have hit at the end of the month the share structure would have shown a more significant change. Some of the time it just happened to hit when it did. Ultimately, the share count doesn't mean much in the end. The most important thing is to continue building the company in the direction we are to keep the momentum moving."
