OT: In my experience. if there were people wanting to buy at .000X (3 in this case) The MMs would drop the bid to 0002 to try to rake in some shares to sell at 0003. Whether they can shake those shares at 0002 is another thing. These are Market Makers..They do make their money from selling shares.
They have no cash flow if the trading is dead.
