LOL, put 2 and 2 together yourself...the filing wasn't unexpected. Perhaps Fife has not received ALL of his money and is filing in norder to protect his legal position as that would be due process and his attorney's advice, I'm sure.

Hurricane Dean and all of the rest coming across the Atlantic over the next 2 months have far more relevance to the sp right now than this lawsuit.
