I do not think Moroch would have signed up with a shell/scam company. J.F. is using toxic financing as he had no other avenues at the time that was available. Every single filing has noted the effects of dilution on the shareholders holdings...what scam warns the punter up front that they have a very high possibility of losing all their money.

For all those bashers who come on here every day and print the same old crap about dilution and how we have all been taken why don't you just try something new for a change...get a life!?
