Tljr... I am an idiot... I was confused as to the timing of of the transaction... Thats why all that crap in the 10-Q got me worried... but then I woke up and read the letter to shareholders and realized most all that legacy debt and horseshit isn't with us. We are esentially a clean pretty clean shell, with the exception of cornell conversions which have been mitigated by the management of Seaway pretty darn well..

This thing is truely a gem... she's gonna fly.
