IMO Songbird, the fact that Paul has operated a futures brokerage

is noteworthy for several reasons. I can think of a few noteworthy reasons such as added credibility, SEC registration and compliance for brokerages, experience and know how and possibly the ability to create a new exchange, are there any other reasons you can think of that having operated your own brokerage would add the strength of Spooz? Just trying to bring to the surface the depth of Spooz the company.
