Zachjos, I've never transferred into Freetrade but I've done a few other transfers including 2 into Ameritrade.

Despite what the brokerages say, it's never taken longer than 3-4 days to complete for me.

Keep in mind that they can't/won't transfer anything until all trades are settled. So you've got a 3 day wait before the transfer can start. This is true even if you're transferring from one account into another at the same brokerage. (at least with Ameritrade)
