Not fair abew...I consistently post information and opinion on this message board, but how would I know whether construction had begun?...I believe that if a person can retrieve the information himself, he should not ask someone else. So why not email IR and ask? I was a bit weary with posters who did not know the permits were already granted in Erie. Why not read the website for yourself...Why expect others to read and study and relay the information readily available. Hope to see you again if you are ever interested...
