LYO 44.35-PREM14 filed today.

If the merger is completed, you will be entitled to receive $48.00 in cash, without interest and less any applicable withholding tax, for each share of Lyondell’s common stock that you own. At the special meeting, you will be asked to approve and adopt the merger agreement.
