Sub Document 6 is a bit further down in the filing and is dated June 18th.
I don't see anything that necessarily places a limit on the size of the offering.

.017 cents is indicated here as well
Would what appears to be a 15% discount to the stocks current price continue to apply for as long as the offering is in effect?
