From your discussion with him he says that the world is not ready for NEOM yet, that things will be fine and that there are deals being worked out he cannot comment on. So what exactly is different today compared to what has been said in the past by the former management? They too said deals were coming (nothing worthy of a mention did), everything was going to be okay (it is 2.5 cents, how okay has that been for everyone?), they are ahead of the curve (yet they are still in testing mode and no one signs anything substantial with them). Nothing changed but the name on the door.
