That's what gives me hope. The partners have some serious clout. I still don't think the partners will be able to buy 700M plus shares on the open market even with the help of the powerful MM's. It's going to take a higher power than that...which leads me to a place I don't want to go, the AS. I don't think the partners would want their shares diluted now or ever. In conclusion, I would have to guess that if there are these partners with great powers, the AS has reached a top. I might even guess that the AS will start evaporating after the partners are done buying. (fingers crossed)
