I would be willing to bet that they had no one, except maybe the producer and host, under contract. I am sure everything else was provided free, or with some sort of "We will get you in the spotlight" or "we will mention you in the credits" or "here is your chance to make it big", or "You could win a prize package valued at $750,000.00" (yeah, right!) promise. They might have also been on a "pay as you go" routine to minimize initial expense. Too bad if they played the heart card and have lost a NUMBER of supporters not to mention potential investors/viewers. Shame on RRGI.

I think an interesting question would be to see how many of the contestants actually had to put up their own money. As cheap as RRGI is, they probably had to pay their own way. Contestants? Shark? Exodus? Anyone out there? Hello? Bueller? Bueller?
