Well Hot.. you've repeated your opinion AT LEAST 3 times now.. I think we heard you the first time.. of course, everything you stated is mere conjecture.. Since the company has delivered on many key intiatives.. such as bringing their first product to market.. rolling out a marketing campaign to support that product.. implementing an excellent support structure to handle customer service issues.. I have no reason to doubt that they won't come through with their other stated goals.

And by the way, is there something in the wording of their last PR that confused you? I think it states their current financial situation quite clearly.. don't you?

From the July 31st PR regarding the completion of the 504:

"In completing this financing," iFinix Chairman Drew Budhu said, "We have reached another important milestone in the development of our company. We are well positioned to fund business operations, particularly product development and compelling advertising campaigns, to dramatically increase our existing base of more than 200 paid subscribers."
