Dear Mr. ,

Thank you for your patience regarding your BCIT shares. I have received a response for the research request I submitted with our Corporate action department and they have informed me of the following. There is no information in DTC about a distribution or a corporate action. DTC makes allocations based on information from the issuer's agent. They have not received anything.
