What was initially told to people in order to get them to pull their certs and place them on the PDR Exchange is not what has happened. Mike Terrell can not now call people greedy, when HE told everyone about the huge price difference between the US Market and the PDR Exchange. HE said people could sell. HE said it would take 2 weeks to get the wires out. As far as manipulation goes, HE said he was the sole MM on the PDR Exchange and could do what he wanted.
