JF never said a RS isn't planned.....he stated "not in the plans at this time".....big difference! Could be in the plans an hour from now...or even 10 minutes after he made that statement!

No way this cannot RS! either way; suffer huge huge dilution into the hundreds of millions of shares or RS and then dilute....no way out...that is why it is called "toxic" or "death spiral financing"!
