You could be right, on all accounts, but fact is we don't know that. Thus your post reflects an opinion.

I give 'em till September, as I firmly believe that things ARE in the works but no sense in releasing news now, on this Exchange and in this month of the year.

Again, you could be right and might very well be so, but I think your timing for selling is one month off.
