Eagle, I have gotten the impression from the 4-24 mtg., filings, and just in general (JMHO ,love these initials?) that the officers and BOD would forego outside offers until they are confident they had the right deal for shareholders and themselves. Have they had buyout offers, wish I knew?? Another impression I got was that they felt when all was pointed in right direction, ergo. the long haul, they would act as appropriate. Rkent, we will hopefully meet at nxt. mtg. Doodlerose
